INDIBA ACTIVE

INDIBA is a global leader in the field of Radio-Frequency (RF) solutions for the physiotherapy and aesthetic treatments. At Ashleigh Clinic Private Practice we use their ground-breaking technology to support health and wellbeing of our patients.

At our clinic we use INDIBA Activ, which improves recovery and reduces pain. During the treatment the body’s natural repair process is accelerated, reducing pain, swelling and speeding up recovery. It also helps to improve circulation and prompts the synthesis of collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin and muscle tone, scar reduction, or fat deposit. INDIBA AND SPORT

INDIBA radiofrequency stimulates and accelerates the natural tissue repair process. This can be combined with manual therapy, exercise and other techniques to produce unparalleled results and faster return to sport.

INDIBA treatments can begin in the acute stage of an injury; and continuous frequency modulation ensures there is a bio-stimulation effect without inducing heat into the tissue. It is also used for pre

and post event preparation and recovery.

In chronic situations, INDIBA has been shown to increase deep blood flow can by 79%, with a significant increase of tissue temperature, lasting well beyond the treatment time, therefore leading to increased recovery times and improved sports performance.

INDIBA IN PHYSIOAESTHETICS

Treating with INDIBA radiofrequency therapy helps to improve circulation and prompts the synthesis of collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin and muscle tone. INDIBA acts by balancing cell metabolism, promoting tighter and younger looking skin. By treating the body with our radiofrequency therapy, muscle and skin tone is improved through increased circulation and promoting the synthesis of collagen and elastin.

INDIBA has been shown in molecular studies to cause adipocytes to stop, reducing fat deposits for good.

In the case of the scars (as for example after a surgery or a caesarean) INDIBA can accelerate healing, reduce swelling and bruising to help the correct healing process.

INDIBA can also be used to increase the blood flow over the legs and be integrated with manual therapy, to improve the lymphatic drainage and the appearance of cellulite and swollen feet and legs.

"My physio and I used INDIBA once or twice a week during my preparation for the European Ironman Championship and during my preparation for the Ironman Championship in Mexico. INDIBA contributed to the immediate repair of muscle fibers damaged during my performance efforts. It allowed me to be 100% ready for the next training session. I was also able to train with a lot more intensity and volume and achieve a major milestone in terms of preparation thanks to the INDIBA device."

WHAT IS INDIBA ACTIVE THERAPY

INDIBA® is a global leader in the field of Radio-Frequency (RF) solutions for the physiotherapy,
aesthetic and veterinary market, and is known in the world for its scientific research performed in the
last 35 years. Their ground-breaking technology based on the 448 kHz frequency, has helped people
to improve their lives and recover faster from injuries.

Radio frequency is part of the electromagnetic spectrum. It was first discovered to heat body tissue back in the 19th century by a physiologist called d’Arsonval and his loyal assistant. INDIBA has developed its technology around 0.5 MHz and defined its specific radiofrequency delivery to 448kHz, based on the evidence testing and comparing frequencies in this range.
